Follow the Burro Trail to the bottom of Peak 9. At the day's end better skiers can return from Peak 10 and the burros trail. Beginners have a very short drive to the ice rink parking at the bottom of the neighborhood where the city shuttle will take you to the slope, shopping or dining. In the summer the Burro Trail makes for a nice relaxing walk to town. Beginners can also be picked up at the bottom of the neighborhood.

Located in a prime location in a residential area and nestled amongst Pine and Aspen trees, the neighborhood is quiet but within easy reach of downtown and all the wonderful amenities that Breckenridge has to offer.
